On 2 April, the government published The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020. These Regulations came into force on 4 April 2020 and allow meetings to be held remotely and make provisions for remote decisions to be taken by the Council. In line with this new legislation, all meetings remain open for the public to join and members of the public can still make representations to the Council and its Committees under the 'Public Participation' section of the meeting.
If you wish to join a meeting please email the Clerk on email@example.com or call 07376 320999. You will then be provided with the joining instructions for the meeting.
Agendas are available online and on the parish noticeboard outside of Queens Hall prior to the meeting.
