Leeds Bradford Airport is proposing to introduce new flight routes next year as part of the national Airspace Change Programme. The most significant of these for Burley in Wharfedale is the western departure route between Burley and Menston.
Further to the drop in sessions held last year, two presentations of the final proposals, with particular emphasis on the effect on Burley, will be given by the airport's Head of Air Traffic Services Mr Jim Wylie. Each will be followed by a question and answer session.

To be held on Tuesday 9th October in Salem Church Hall, Burley in Wharfedale, at 5.30 pm and 7.30 pm.

Salem Church Hall is reached via a snicket between the Queens Head pub and the World of Beds, opposite the Queen's Hall on Main Street. It can also be reached from Grange Park near the playground.
Some parking is available on Main Street and behind the Queens Hall, as well as on Grange Road.
