So far there is no requirement for public buildings to close – although this is looking ever more likely as each day passes. Therefore for the moment the Queens Hall and Library are still open and we ask that all users take into consideration their own personal circumstances when using the building in the coming weeks. We would ask members of the public not to put others at risk.
If you or any member of your household have a new cough or fever over 37.8 centigrade please stay away from the Queens Hall and Library for 14 days.
If you are exposed to somebody who has tested positive for COVID 19, and has not been given the all clear, or they are self-isolating within the same household, then please stay away for 14 days.
The Parish Council will continue to monitor the day-to-day situation and accepts that decisions may need to be taken with little or very short notice. Meanwhile events and activities at the Queens Hall and Library will be run at the discretion of the organisers, and the Parish Council will not be seeking to charge for any cancelled bookings.
