Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, all Parish Council meetings are now being held over a video conferencing platform.
On 2 April, the government published The Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020. These Regulations came into force on 4 April 2020 and allow meetings to be held remotely and make provisions for remote decisions to be taken by the Council. In line with this new legislation, all meetings remain open for the public to join and members of the public can still make representations to the Council and its Committees under the 'Public Participation' section of the meeting.
The joining instructions for all remote meetings are included on the meeting agenda.
The meeting agenda and all other documents relating to the meeting will be available to download below three days prior to the meeting date.
