Burley House Field is cut by two different contractors. Twice a year the field is cut by a farmer at no cost to thee Parish Council as he uses the grass for silage; this saves the Parish Council around £1000 per year. In addition the grass areas around the benches and the picnic table is cut between four and six times a year.
