Following the expiry of the government's emergency legislation (the Local Authorities and Police and Crime Panels (Coronavirus) (Flexibility of Local Authority and Police and Crime Panel Meetings) (England and Wales) Regulations 2020) on 7th May 2021, Parish Council meetings have now returned to being held face-to-face. Meetings are taking place at Burley Library to ensure that there is space for Councillors to socially distance. The library building can also be well-ventilated during the meeting.
All meetings are open for the public to join and members of the public can still make representations to the Council and its Committees under the 'Public Participation' section of the meeting. As space in the library is limited due to social distancing there is also a limited capacity. Therefore all meetings will continue to be broadcast on Zoom for members of the public. Each agenda contains the link to join the meeting.
The meeting agenda and all other documents relating to the meeting will be available to download below three days prior to the meeting date.
