Ian Orton was appointed as Parish Clerk in March 2013. As Parish Clerk and Responsible Finance Officer Ian has managerial responsibility for delivering the policies, operational management and financial control of the Council.

Cate was appointed in April 2017 to support the Parish Clerk as the Council acquired more projects and assets. She is primarily responsible for the hiring of council facilities, the management of such arrangements and the production of invoices while supporting the daily administration of the Parish. Cate enjoys being involved in community events here at Queens Hall and developing the range of activities on offer. Cate began her working career in VAT and then moved on to qualify in Youth Work so brings both analytical and community development skills to the team. She moved to the Village 20 years ago to live with her partner and delights in being with her dog and family, real ale and cricket.

Mark was transferred from Bradford Council in April 2017 as part of the asset transfer of facilities from Bradford District Council to Burley Parish Council. Mark is responsible for all care taking duties including maintenance, cleaning and security for all council facilities.

Abi was transferred from Bradford District Council to Burley Parish Council in April 2017 when Burley Library was passed to the Council as part of asset transfer. Abi is responsible for managing Burley Library including the co-ordination of the fifty volunteers who work in the library and liaising with Bradford Public Libraries who still provide professional support, books and maintenance of the building until March 2020.
