The Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) is a charge which can be levied by local authorities on new development in their area. It is an important tool for local authorities to use to help them deliver the infrastructure needed to support development in their area. More information on CIL can be found here.
The Parish Council is required to publish a report under CIL Regulation 62A of the CIL Regulations 2010
(as amended). It must be published each year and made available
on the Parish Council website, and/or Unitary Authority (Bradford Metropolitan
District Council) website.
