Coronavirus – a coordinated village response

The Parish Council together with all the churches in the village and Love Burley are looking into ways of offering support to vulnerable older people in the community.  People in every community will face the challenges of COVID-19 in some way – from needing basic provisions to help while they are unwell. As self-isolation increases, we need to find new ways to stay connected and check in on one another for our physical and mental wellbeing.

The scheme setup by the Love Burley team aims to support the vulnerable members of our village impacted by the coronavirus outbreak. People needing support can post their requests and volunteers can respond.

Members of our community may also find the below leaflet useful to let people who are self-isolating know that you can help them and how to access assistance.
